The worst unemployment in the Nation is in Michigan...Condemn the entire City of Detroit, put up towering walls & high voltage electric fences around the entire festoring shithole ( as a relevent aside it is apt & fitting that to enter " The Detroiter" website one must click on a sewer manhole cover ) & turn it into a National prison shades of Carpenter's Escape from New York & LA. One prison for the entire country. The only guards needed would be on the walls manning machine gun posts to prevent escapes. Such a prison would generate much needed revenue for Michigan by charging a fee per convict. Detroit could easily house 2 million prisoners& I suspect that within a year the population would be half that number as the gangs killed each other.
