Kilpatrick Cited For Sexual Misconduct In Prison

DETROIT — Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has been cited on suspicion of sexual misconduct during a meeting with his wife in the inmate area inside the Oaks Correctional Facility in Manistee, Mich.

According to an incident report, a guard saw Kilpatrick touch his female visitor’s left breast with his right hand during a July 4 visit.

“I observed this via the visiting room camera,” the guard wrote on the report.

That sentence was wrong and not justified,and an example is what you are to them. To me you are one of Gods people who was called to go through these trials and tribulations to be a living testimony at the end.People fail to realize that you are human and God forsees everything and knows the outcome.People walk around and judge what you did,but yet when they are judged they get upset.Real people do real things and there is only one judge,one lawyer,one bailiff that knows no wrong and that is Our God which is awesome and will not leave or forsake us.Never let them them see you sweat and I will always be a supporter not because your weaknesses but your strenghths

Detroit Ex-Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick Sentenced Up to 5 Years in Prison

Mr. Koonpatrick is back behind bars.  Big King Kwame aka the Silverback Democrat has been found guilty of violating his probation and perjuring himself once again in court.  This nigger just can’t tell the troof, I mentioned in a previous post about the mind of a child and their inability to tell the truth or take responsibility for their actions.  Once again we see this child like mentality in the best of the best, a powerful black man with, what I believe, to be a higher than average negro IQ.

All he had to do was be a decent person, pay for his mistakes, tell the troof, and make an effort to right his wrongs.  Instead he chose to lie, cheat, steal, and live nigger rich.  Don’t forget that when he originally got out of jail his high powered white friends and business contacts in Detroit gave him 3/4 of a million dollars and a job making 130,000 dollars a year, just another nigger livin’ off the old welfare.  Even with support like he had he was unable to stay out of prison.

As the video shows young niggros in Detroit feel like whitey should leave kwame alone en sheeit.  I stand by my assertion that if Kwame ran for office in the city tomorrow he would win by a landslide.

DETROIT (AP) – Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was sentenced to up to five years in prison Tuesday for violating the terms of his probation stemming from his conviction for lying under oath about an affair with his chief of staff.

Feds plan Kilpatrick charges

Detroit — Federal officials are preparing felony charges against former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and his father, business consultant Bernard N. Kilpatrick, The Detroit News has learned.  (Never fear kwame, all you need is one black juror up there and you’ll be skating off scott free, like always, back to your mansion in Texas.)

For at least five years, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office have been investigating an alleged “pay to play” system at City Hall under Kilpatrick and allegations that contractors wanting City Hall business were directed to hire the former mayor’s father as a consultant.

Now there are new allegations that former Cobo Center contractor Karl Kado, who has been cooperating with the FBI since 2005, not only paid close to $300,000 to the mayor’s father but made about $100,000 in illegal cash payments directly to the former mayor.

Kilpatrick Must Pay Detroit $319,000 Within 90 Days

DETROIT – A judge has ruled that ex-Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick must pay back more than $300,000 to the city of Detroit within 90 days.

The judge told the former mayor that his conduct was “reprehensible” and that he showed “contempt.”

Kilpatrick was silent during the hearing, shaking his head on occasion as Groner made his ruling.

Groner said if Kilpatrick fails to pay back the money in a timely fashion it will result in a probation violation hearing.

Kilpatrick Violates Probation

Look up the phrase “Nigger Rich” and you’ll find  Kwame Koonpatrick’s name next to the definition.  Kwame, who was found guilty of a felony, is currently making $120,000 a year in Texas at a job which no one has seen him show up for.  He’s living in a million dollar home and he and his wife both drive Cadillac Escalades…must be friggin nice eh?  I really wonder who exactly is helping this simian out and why…things that make you go hmmm.

The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office issed a statement Wednesday saying Kilpatrick is violating his probation:

“It is our position that he has violated his probabtion. We have seen no proof that his salary    has diminished and we have been asking Judge Groner for a restitution hearing for months.”

Action News has learned that Kilpatrick paid $3000 today of the $6000 he is supposed to pay each month.

Sources tell Action News that Kilpatrick does not have the money to pay.

Police Investigate Ex-City Worker After $300,000 Missing

DETROIT — Detroit police are investigating an embezzlement case after nearly $300,000 was discovered missing from the city’s Angels’ Night and Motor City Makeover fund, overseen by the mayor’s uncle.

“When it was immediately discovered, the audit was asked for full accounting,” said Matt Allen, the mayor’s spokesman. “When the accounting was done and there were improprieties there, it was immediately referred for a criminal investigation, and that was done by Raymond Cheeks, who was the director of Neighborhood City Halls at that time.” (The Mayor’s Uncle highlighted to the far right)

The audit found that nearly $147,000 in cash withdrawals was made between January 2002 and March 2006 without any clear documentation of how the money was spent.

Audits show that the department’s Deputy Director Ernestine Heath withdrew nearly $95,000 of that money. (She’s the negress highlighted on the far left)

According to the mayor’s spokesman, James Canning, the city fired Heath in December 2005 after the city discovered money had been misappropriated.

The mayor then referred the audit to the Detroit Police Department for possible prosecution.According to the audit, the department requested 27 checks totaling nearly $74,000 from the finance department with what appeared to be made-up invoices.

The audit confirms that the department used money inappropriately, paying the director at the time, Cheeks, and an administrative assistant $3,750 each to run the seat belt awareness program.

According to city officials, department directors are not normally paid for job-related functions, and there was no paperwork to back up the administrative assistant’s work. (Of course you wouldn’t document $3,750 for blowjobs)

City officials said Cheeks and the administrative assistant returned the money to the city. As of now, police said they are not investigating Cheeks and have focused their attention on Heath.(Returned the money to the city? What the fuck is that? Go try robbing a 7 eleven and then when you get caught just play dumb and tell them you’re going to return the money…see if they don’t throw you in jail. What a bunch of bullshit.)

Kilpatrick won’t be heading to Hawaii

Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick abruptly canceled Thursday his trip to a public pension conference in Hawaii after he learned that media organizations planned to follow him to Honolulu.

Kilpatrick has come under scrutiny in the last two weeks for his travel plans, first to the Hawaii conference, and then for taking his family with him to a posh California resort in August that was paid for in part by his nonprofit civic organization.

Kilpatrick also said this week that he would continue to use the civic fund to travel, speaking about Detroit at universities and to political groups, politicians and philanthropic organizations.

Federal tax law says that officers, founders or individuals who can influence the spending and operations of such tax-exempt organizations, like the civic fund, are forbidden from personally benefiting from the agency.

The mayor founded the civic fund. He is not an officer, but the board includes his sister, Ayanna, and friends from high school, including Chief of Staff Christine Beatty and Derek Miller, its chief information officer.

The mayor’s use of the fund to take his family on vacation is inappropriate, national tax experts and attorneys said.

“This use raises a host of troubling questions,” said Fran Hill, director of the tax program at the Washington-based Campaign Legal Center. “He’s getting a benefit.”

Hill said organizations designated as tax-exempt 501c4 civic organizations, such as the civic fund, have become synonymous with slush funds for politicians.

Money doesn’t make someone more civil, more honest, more socially conscious. Money only amplifies the core of that individual. Kwame is a perfect example of that fact.
