Detroit Ex-Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick Sentenced Up to 5 Years in Prison

Mr. Koonpatrick is back behind bars.  Big King Kwame aka the Silverback Democrat has been found guilty of violating his probation and perjuring himself once again in court.  This nigger just can’t tell the troof, I mentioned in a previous post about the mind of a child and their inability to tell the truth or take responsibility for their actions.  Once again we see this child like mentality in the best of the best, a powerful black man with, what I believe, to be a higher than average negro IQ.

All he had to do was be a decent person, pay for his mistakes, tell the troof, and make an effort to right his wrongs.  Instead he chose to lie, cheat, steal, and live nigger rich.  Don’t forget that when he originally got out of jail his high powered white friends and business contacts in Detroit gave him 3/4 of a million dollars and a job making 130,000 dollars a year, just another nigger livin’ off the old welfare.  Even with support like he had he was unable to stay out of prison.

DETROIT (AP) – Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was sentenced to up to five years in prison Tuesday for violating the terms of his probation stemming from his conviction for lying under oath about an affair with his chief of staff.

Ex-Detroit Councilwoman Monica Conyers enrolled in divinity school as prison looms

Just like Tiger Woods found Buddhism when he got caught doing something bad.  How come all these niggers end up finding God once they realize that their bad deeds have caught up with them?  How come God never tells them to just not do the bad deeds in the first place?

Former Detroit City Councilwoman Monica Conyers is turning to a higher power for inner peace, taking classes at a divinity school as her prison sentence approaches.

It’s also unclear how she’s paying for the classes, considering she recently requested a public defender and signed an affidavit stating she “lacks the financial resources to enable to pay for an attorney.”  This, despite the fact her husband, U.S. Rep. John Conyers, earned $174,000 last year.

DPS: Scam cost $57M

The Detroit Public School system has been in the hands of blacks for the last 30 years or so.  Now that it’s bankrupt and they’re starting to look into it, the corruption from top to bottom is astounding.  This is the perfect example of what happens when large sums of money, property and responsibility are placed freely into the hands of blacks.

A former department chief at Detroit Public Schools and his assistant used secret offices and their own computer system to improperly divert more than $57 million in school funds to vendors who provided little, if anything, in return, according to sworn records reviewed by the Free Press.

Documents in a Wayne County Circuit Court lawsuit brought by DPS allege that Stephen Hill of Detroit — director of DPS risk management from 2001-05 — received luxury vehicles and other kickbacks. Some of the vendors who benefitted were friends or associates of Hill’s or relatives of Hill’s assistant, Christina Polk-Osumah of Detroit, court records allege.

When Hill left the district in September 2005, he received a champagne-and-tenderloin farewell bash that cost the impoverished school system $40,000, according to the suit.

Woman Accused Of Stealing Coupons From Poor

DETROIT — Within a year, Detroit Public Schools Inspector General John E. Bell Jr. said his office has closed 136 cases.

“We’re still getting investigations. We have a number of ongoing investigations right now where people have used district funds as their own personal ATM,” Bell said. “I look at the most recent place we’ve announced, Randall, where we had an employee who literally paid her whole mortgage with school funds for three years.”

Feds plan Kilpatrick charges

Detroit — Federal officials are preparing felony charges against former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and his father, business consultant Bernard N. Kilpatrick, The Detroit News has learned.  (Never fear kwame, all you need is one black juror up there and you’ll be skating off scott free, like always, back to your mansion in Texas.)

For at least five years, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office have been investigating an alleged “pay to play” system at City Hall under Kilpatrick and allegations that contractors wanting City Hall business were directed to hire the former mayor’s father as a consultant.

Now there are new allegations that former Cobo Center contractor Karl Kado, who has been cooperating with the FBI since 2005, not only paid close to $300,000 to the mayor’s father but made about $100,000 in illegal cash payments directly to the former mayor.

So Charles Pugh takes out his city owned vehicle and crashes the shit out of it at 9:45pm.  What the fuck is he doing out at 9:45pm with a city owned vehicle? The major problem is that he doesn’t report it to the city for 3 days.  He’s refused to talk about it or answer any questions regarding this incident. Just the beginning of a Kwame-esque cycle of incompetence and corruption?

Cop Charged with Conspiracy, Mail Fraud

Can’t figure out why your insurance rates are so high?  Here’s part of your problem.

Officer Lawanda Whitehead is an eight and a half year veteran of the Detroit Police Department now charged with conspiracy and mail fraud in federal court in a scheme investigators say was designed to defraud AAA.

A source close to the investigation says Lawanda, her sister Angela Whitehead and many others scammed the insurance agency out of more than two million dollars in a highly organized scheme. It involved buying junk cars, inflating their value and getting them insured for thousands more than they were worth. Then, within weeks of getting a policy through AAA, the car would be stolen or in an accident and AAA would settle the claim.

In all, according to the criminal complaint, AAA shelled out more than $25,000 to Lawanda for two claims she filed in 2005 and nearly $46,000 to her sister, Angela, who filed eight claims.  (LOL…I wonder how they got caught!)

Former Detroit Deputy Mayor Pleads Guilty

Kandia Milton acknowledged he was one of three people who shared $50,000 in 2007 when he was then-Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick’s liaison to the city council and recommended the deal.

Milton, 38, rose to chief of staff and deputy mayor under Kilpatrick and ran the city for a day when his boss spent a night in jail in 2008.

Milton likely faces three years to four years in prison under sentencing guidelines, although the government could recommend a shorter punishment based on his cooperation with an ongoing probe of public corruption.

Asked about that help, defense lawyer Elliott Hall said: “There are other things out there I cannot disclose.”

Milton’s co-conspirator, former police officer Jerry Rivers, pleaded guilty to the same conspiracy charge last week and said he received $20,000. Rivers named Milton’s brother as the third person in the scheme, identified in court documents only as “city official D.”

ECORSE, Mich. – The mayor of a Detroit suburb and another city official have been charged with conspiring to accept bribes in exchange for giving a contractor control of the public works department.
