YPSILANTI, Mich. — An Ypsilanti man is accused of getting naked and stealing children’s books from a local library.
Police said Miles stripped naked and is accused of “thrusting his hips” toward a library worker before putting his clothes back on and stealing a handful of children’s books.

DETROIT — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department said two convicted sex offenders were caught in the act of violating their parole by being in bed with an underage girl.
As Gary Smith answered the door, deputies said they saw a naked 16-year-old girl running out of the bathroom and Jesse Smith quickly followed her.

Former Detroit Lion Wide Receiver Tommie Boyd faces more sexual assault charges. The 38-year-old Shelby Township resident is already accused of having sex with a 14-year-old Fraser High School student at a Roseville motel. Boyd was the school track coach.
The new case involves a Chesterfield Township girl Boyd met when she was 14. However, police say the sexual assault happened in 2006 when she was 16.
“The victim’s family hired Mr. Boyd to be the victim’s strength and conditioning coach,” said Fraser Police Det. Keith Zielinski in court. (Again, what is wrong with these families? Hire a personal coach for your 14 year old daughter that looks like this? Even still, the multicultural brainwashing insanity is just amazing to me.)
Boyd is accused of bringing the girl to Fraser High School where the sexual assault allegedly occurred.
Police say Boyd took the girl to a football training room.
“Once she was in there, he locked the door, shut the light off and basically told (her) that he wanted to have sex from her. She said no, but he physically turned her around, removed her clothes and proceeded to have sex with her,” Zielinski said.
Police say Boyd released the girl only when someone tried to get into the room. Boyd was a contract employee at Fraser High School fired after his arrest.

Man Accused of Raping Girl Behind Bars
DETROIT (myFOXDetroit.com) – It took Detroit police 19 months to track him down, but the man accused of kidnapping and raping a little girl is behind bars.
Detroit police call it a major arrest. The man is charged with a dispicable crime of sexually assaulting a twelve-year-old girl.
35-year-old Lord Edward-Manwell Johnson (nice fucking name) faces a charge of kidnapping and five counts of sexual assault. He was hiding out since march of 2008 when police say he abducted a young girl from Caldwell and Luce.
He allegedly raped her, then dropped her off at another location from where she walked home.

DETROIT (AP) – A 29-year-old man has been charged in a firebombing that critically injured a Detroit toddler and her infant sister.
Brandon Jones was arraigned Friday in District Court on charges including arson and assault with intent to commit murder. Jones can post 10 percent of a $2 million bond.
Detroit Police Sgt. Eren Stephens says Jones turned himself in earlier in the day. It wasn’t immediately clear if he had an attorney.
Two-year-old Kyra Mills and 10-month-old Adrianna Thomas are in good condition at a local hospital.
Authorities say the suspect wanted to stay at the house Wednesday night but was told by his ex-girlfriend to leave. The family was threatened and shots later were fired into the house before it was firebombed.
Warrants Issued in Beating Death of Detroit Boy, 3
DETROIT, Mich. — A Detroit mother and her boyfriend have been charged with the beating death of a 3-year-old boy after the child wet his pants.
The Wayne County prosecutor’s office says Demetric McTavish Craig has been arraigned on felony murder, second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter charges.
Marquis Wisdom was found unresponsive Sunday afternoon inside his home on Eureka Road. Authorities say Marquise Wisdom died of blunt force trauma Sunday at his east side home.

Demetric McTavish Craig, 24, has been charged with one count each of felony murder, first-degree murder and first-degree child abuse. He was also charged as a habitual offender. Police said at the time of the 3-year-old’s death, Craig was on probation.

In each instance, police say the suspect — a bald man driving a dark-colored, four-door car when he approached the teens — produced a handgun. The victims were forced into the trunk of a car, driven to a home and raped, then taken back to where they were originally abducted, a police official told the Free Press.

Pair sought in assault, robbery of 87-year-old man
The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two suspects who allegedly robbed and assaulted an 87-year-old Detroit man while he was using a restroom at a Kroger store in Royal Oak Township last month.

Around 3 p.m., June 10, Deputies said the 87-year-old man entered the men’s room at the Kroger Store located at 8920 W. Eight Mile Road and was pushed down by a male who is believed to be in his mid-20s.
Deputies said the suspect went through the elderly man’s pockets and stole about $1,000 before running from the bathroom. A woman carrying a baby who is also believed to be in her mid-20s stood outside of the bathroom as a lookout witnesses said.
Counselor Charged withRaping Teen Boy
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – He was trusted to give guidance. Now, a counselor faces charges that could send him to prison for life.
A Macomb County teenager under the age of 15 was ordered to serve out a detention period at Lakeside Academy. It’s a facility for troubled boys in Kalmazoo. While this boy was staying at Lakeside, the prosecutor says the counselor sexually assaulted him.
“It’s horrible. It was an egregious act, and you expect somebody who’s housed in a facility to be in a safe haven, and what happened here… it’s unbelievable,” said attorney Steven Lyle Schwartz.
27-year-old Kimeon Bolden is now charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The prosecutor says Bolden was the counselor in charge of night watch, which was security that evening when he raped the teen.
Schwartz is asking for millions of dollars in a civil suit filed against both Lakeside and Bolden.
If convicted, Bolden’s maximum sentence would be life in prison.
Mom Of 5 Charged With Child Abuse, Torture

HAMTRAMCK, Mich. — A metro Detroit mother of five was charged with child abuse and torture Wednesday after she called the police on herself.
Reyna Valentina, of Hamtramck, is accused of putting her 4-year-old daughter inside a heated oven and burning her eyes with a metal object.
“She stated that, ‘Mom cooks me like a turkey in the oven,” said Hamtramck police Detective Ben Bilecki. “The youngest daughter also said, ‘Mama gave me the boo boos in my eyes.’”
Valentina is also accused of beating her 6-year-old with a metal bar.
