WE get a lot of that here in Toronto (political correctness is crazy here in Canada). They will give a description; male, six foot two, wearing brown jacket and blue jeans. Great description huh! Its like the old tale of the first shipmate recording in his diary, 'the captain was sober today". In other words the captain is routinely drunk.
