The funny thing with the fed is all programs are transferable. If this skank is on section8, like the majority of the women with children are in detroit, she can simply transfer to a better area if they have the room. With this many vacant apts around this state it would not be a hard pressed effort to find a FREE place to call home. How tragic. You know that she traded the safety of her children so she could live around her friends and the lively night life detroit has to offer its african brothers.
