Bill Collector Offers No Debt For Sex
43-year old George Edward Herron is accused of going to a Roseville woman’s home to discuss a delinquent account then offering to make the bills go away in exchange for a sex.
Herron faces one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree and one count of Aggravated Indecent Exposure. Both are two year misdemeanors.
Investigators say after Herron approached the Roseville woman about the sex act offer, he allegedly exposed himself to her and tried to make the victim touch him. They say the woman pulled away and Herron allegedly completed a sex act on himself.
Herron worked for Rent A Center in Roseville.
He faces a preliminary exam on November 18th.
The victim, Batina Jackson, spoke exclusively to Fox 2 about the incident

In my less enlightened days and when I first moved to California I had a black room mate. She had all the furniture and she had gotten it from rent a center. I could never sit on the sofa or any of the chairs because the smelled.
