Ex-Detroit Lion Charles Rogers Charged
He has been charged with drunk driving after he was found slumped over the wheel in the turn lane of a busy intersection.
Rogers was in court Thursday to face charges of drunk driving and having an invalid license. Police say he was passed out with his foot on the brake Wednesday night around 6 p.m.

“The car was running. It was in drive. He had his foot on the brake, but they just couldn’t get him to wake up,” Chiola said. “They were pounding on his windows. They were yelling at him. There was cars that were backed up, so everybody was honking.”Rogers failed sobriety tests and was arrested, police said.
