The fact is that blacks have no civilized culture. Notice many of the empty buildings were involved in the arts? Niggers have no art except rap which we all know is not art. So all the theatres and opera houses all closed down. Nigs have no interest in such civilized and intellectually stimulating pursuits.
The non hotel buildings that still amaze me are the Moose Lodge and the GAR building. What a shame. Two undeniable monuments to white supremacy. Coons could not make buildings like that even if they had the money and resources to do it.

Most of these abandoned skyscrapers could have been preserved almost indefinitely, had the City of Detroit just made an effort to keep water from getting in through bad roof tops and broken windows (and locked up the lower floors to keep vandals out).
One unique, historic flat-iron structure I worked in (an environmental cleanup) had the top 4 floors "pancaking" down on each other – all because water got in on the flat rooftop. Our structural engineer told the City trolls that the building could only be saved at that point, by spending almost as much as it would take to build a new one.

I didn't know there were 48 buildings left in Detroit. Don't let the big bird city council nig know that. Negro logic – a building needs repair or cleaning tear it down. A vacant lot is always preferable to a building. Hell the city can always use more parking lots!
Detorit has some of the most historical building in North America! Detroit now has the most filthy, mainiac low life scum niggers wandering around the city uprooting social life for others, This goes to show you why employment in the downtown will not surpass what we have now! NOBODY in their right fucking mind would spend millions to upgrade a building,, with no parking spaces, pay assining taxes, pay 50 security guards to protect it and worry about the safety of there staff trying to come to work in a nigger war zone! Dont get me wrong Downtown has been cleaned up alot but never to what a great city should have. If the people dont come the niggers will! and they will destroy!
