Sheryl Robinson Wood, the federal monitor overseeing the Detroit Police Department’s efforts to reform, resigned Thursday because of “meetings of a personal nature” with former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick.

If you love black people so much why not come live in Detroit? Houses are super cheap and there are black people everywhere. Plus, if you survive for a while, you can really alleviate your white guilt and tell everyone you're so in love with diversity that you live in Detroit!
There's only a few problems with Detroit but I'm sure you can overlook those as you live among the people you're so happy to call equals.
I have a few tips for you if you plan on moving here after you read this.
1. Most people in Detroit move in at night so that the neighborhood won't see their big screen tv or the other nice stuff they have.
2. Plan on driving to the white suburbs to shop for food and other things. Because of the constant shoplifting, burglary and robbery all major grocery store chains cannot keep stores open here. Oh yea, you'll have to go to white areas if you want to eat dinner out, there aren't any sit down restaurants in Detroit except for fast food restaurants.
3. If you do shop in the city get used to buying your coffee, pizza, gas and anything else you may need through bulletproof glass. Also get used to seeing a security guard in almost every store…it's really great! Oh yea and don't plan on being able to buy more than you can carry because in most places in Detroit they won't let you bring the shopping carts outside.
4. Get used to roaming and often vicious packs of feral dogs.
5. Get used to public transportation unless you plan to drive a complete piece of shit car. If you park a nice vehicle on the street it is highly likely you won't have one when you try and leave.
6. Get used to fire because burning down abandoned houses is a common neighborhood activity for young kids.
7. If you survive here in this diverse paradise long enough to have some children plan on sending them to a private school in the suburbs as the schools in Detroit are some of the most violent in the Nation. Then again maybe it's good for kids to be exposed to diversity like this.
Those are just a few of the tips I have for when you decided to pick up and move to a place where you can really be immersed in diversity and enrich yourself with the beautiful african american culture.
