EMU Robbery Suspect Identified
Suspect, 21, Believed By Police To Be Armed, Dangerous
YPSILANTI, Mich. — Eastern Michigan University Police said they have identified the man who wielded a gun during a robbery in a dorm hall Jan. 23.
An arrest warrant for Michael Allen Johnson, 21, has been issued by the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office for armed robbery and felony firearm violation.
Police said Johnson was part of a group of at least three who robbed an EMU student and three guests at gunpoint of money, jewelry and a coat in Sellers Hall.

Police said Johnson is not a EMU student and is believed to be somewhere in the Detroit area. Police said they are considering Johnson to be armed and dangerous.
