Dionte Woods and Lawrence Stokes were charged in connection with allegedly robbing a woman on the street and firing a shot at a man in an attempted robbery, police said.
Police said there have been a rash of robberies where men are approaching people on the street with long-arm weapons and robbing them. They said the last robbery was reported on Monday.
