Man arrested in Roseville is wanted Detroit murder suspect.
A 41-year-old Detroit man arrested by Roseville police on suspicion of possessing narcotics, is the same murder suspect Detroit cops were seeking after he was released from jail this week, officials said.
Detroit police confirmed this afternoon that Clark is the same man they arrested in the March 13 shooting death of a 26-year-old Detroit man outside of a parole office in the 5300 block of Lawton.
She said Clark has not yet been arraigned on the most significant warrant, which is first-degree murder. She said if he had been, he would have remained in jail under state law.
“The police should have arraigned him on all three warrants,” Miller said. “We don’t have any explanation from police as to why he was only arraigned on the assault with intent to murder warrant.”
The long and the short of it is this:
Nig murders someone in front of a parole office. Nig gets arrested.
Nig catches break when they accidentally charge him with a lesser charge and he is able to post bond.
Nig is so stupid he gets arrested a week later for drugs. Cops realize the fuck up.
Nig gets thrown back in jail. Probably not to get back out for the rest of his life.
